Attention: Ms. Smith, Head of Customer Service 123 Main Street New York, NY 10001 Dear Ms. Smith, I am writing to you to request a refund of $574.99 for a laptop that I recently purchased from Laptops, Inc. When I received the laptop, there were multiple issues, including physical damage, and there was no charger included in the box, despite the promises on your website. On September 29, 2022, I placed an order for an E550XL laptop costing $574.99. On your website, it stated that all laptops costing $500 or more would have a free charger included in the order. I received the laptop on October 5th. However, there was no charger included with it. In addition to the lack of charger, the laptop screen has multiple scratches in it. The CD/DVD drive is also nonfunctioning, and will not recognize any disk inserted into it. Since the product I received is not what was promised on your website, I would like to return it and receive a full refund of my purchase. I will repackage the laptop in its original packaging, and mail it to the same address as this letter. Additionally, please send my refund of $574.99 to my address as listed at the top of the page.
