Software Engineer - Tactical Cyber Immune System (TCIS)
Created an entire microservice, called the heartbeat monitor, which used incoming and
outgoing data lines to ensure a high efficacy in the predictions made by the neural network
Built components in React Native and Python to enable real time alerts from the neural
network on the website UI by utilizing web sockets and Kafka brokers
Worked closely with Kafka, an industry standard distributed data streaming platform
Created database tables and relations inside of SQLite and performed database migrations on
those tables and relations using Postgres migration service
Containerized services using Docker by writing and editing docker-compose.yml files
Software Engineer - Autonomic Security Operations Center (ASoC)
Lead in two different sets of presentations and demonstrations at Corpus Christi Naval Base,
securing $1.5 million dollars in funding for the ASoC project in 2023
Constructed an internet of things (IoT) testbed to accurately display how the ASoC device
could massively help the water purification industrial system at Corpus Christi Naval base
Wrote in a specialized programming language called “ladder logic” for programmable logic
controller (PLC) to facilitate the logic required for the ASOC testbed
Created training scripts in Python to be run on the sensor machine learning models in order to
drastically increase efficacy of the machine learning algorithms predictions of the models
