The Hi Level mindset is not a recipe for perfection… but a commitment to honouring your potential and what you have to offer the world. Don’t let your small failures make you lose sight of your bigger picture. We only have one life to live. How are you going to maximise your time on this Earth? Do you want your name to be remembered long after you’re gone? The Hi Level mindset is about doing everything that you put your hands on at the highest level that you’re capable of doing. Think of your life as a book. Each chapter isn’t going to be perfect. But how do you want your story to end? In anguish? A bunch of what ifs? Or leaving a LEGACY. I choose LEGACY. The Hi Level way. Every month is a season. Seasons are life. Dictate: what do YOU would want every month to be? From beginning to end. Choose having a consistent month rather than just wanting to “work smart and hard”. - Cordae This my friend is only one piece of the puzzle. Foreword: The State of Today This eBook will be very simple because I know that this is what you would like. But first, let’s understand some facts that we have to take into consideration so that you truly understand that this is not just a ‘You’ issue. Take that imposter syndrome out of your head right now. There’s no time for that. You can feel down and out as this is normal for everyone but don’t underestimate your ability to do well in life, nonetheless. There is a reason why self-help books were created. For profit AND to impact someone. At the end of the day, who creates a book that’s 300 pages long only to think that “self-help books are a scam”. Stop. Get your head out of your ass, lower your ego, and take in the fact that most people WANT you to be weak. It’s for their own good. And then you have the minority who generally find pleasure in helping others. Ego at its foundation DOES NOT allow you to suffer and grow therefore, if you get offended then that is your own fault. Stop reading this eBook now if this is the case. Feel your suffering, rest with it, embrace it, make love with it. Feel your suffering so deeply and thoroughly that you penetrate it, and realize its fearful foundation. – David Deida ‘The Way of the Superior Man 1 in 4 men are happy according to studies. A female reading this should be weary of this. Which tells you everything you need to know about the present state of male life. We have been conditioned to become weak both mentality and physically, yet society still isn’t satisfied with our downfall. We’re currently being harassed from every angle and bullied into living lives we’ve never dreamed of living, the second we contest this, we’re labelled as chauvinistic mansplaining Harvey Weinstein followers. We’ve abandoned our rites of passage, independence and competence to think for ourselves. The majority of modern men and women are no more than meaningless shells living cookie cutter lives in order to please society. Part I: Consistency “Consistency beats intensity. Consistency beats volume. Consistency beats passion. Consistency dictates results. Consistency is what defines character.” — Rich Roll We constantly hear and see every self-help YouTuber, guru, philanthropist preach this. But you still act as if you do not have the courage to become a person of pure consistency. This is absurd. We constantly find ourselves scrolling through content that we can learn from, and this is great. But is it really beneficial? Me and you both know that if you really want to achieve any level of success; it starts with you understanding that it requires a consistent amount of progress. Note: ‘amount of progress’ You’ve probably heard of the 10,000-hour rule, which was popularized by Malcolm Gladwell’s blockbuster book “Outliers.” As Gladwell tells it, the rule goes like this: it takes 10,000 hours of intensive practice to achieve mastery of complex skills and materials, like playing the violin or getting as good as Bill Gates at computer programming. Gladwell describes one central study in particular, about which he writes: “their research suggests that once a musician has enough ability to get into a top music school, the thing that distinguishes one performer from another is how hard he or she works. That’s it.” We constantly tell ourselves that if we read ‘The 4-Hour Work Week’ we will somehow have the ability to work less than an hour a day to achieve great success. Stop. I will keep reminding you that this is delusional. You need to know what it feels like to be part of the matrix. This isn’t about your feelings but simply how you react in accordance with doing something that the majority do. If you can’t even do that… then you might as well be homeless on the street on purpose for the simple fact that you won’t consider the true concept of success and how consistency links immensely as part of the process: the journey. Part II: The Don’t Be Late Concept You probably think that I will emphasise the importance of getting stuff done, don’t be silly. We both know that this is key in all aspects of your life: health, wealth and relationships. These three main aspects are the only thing you should be focusing on, it is the ability to be able to scale a concept far beyond what the average person may think it to be. 10x your health, 10x your wealth, 10x your relationships. As Grant Cardone the ‘100 Million-Dollar Man’ stated: “Wake up! No one is going to save you. No one is going to take care of your family or your retirement. No one is going to “make things” work out for you. The only way to do so is to utilize every moment of every day at 10X levels.” Once you have mastered the art of scaling them categories, and ONLY them… you will be powerful beyond what you could possibly fathom. Let’s begin. Health I first want you to understand that if you ‘feel’ that you are not motivated to workout, get good sleep, journal, meditate, diet you know the drill, STOP. I have already exacerbated the fact that it is not about your feelings, it is not about your emotions, just go do it. Throughout history (if you’re a man reading this) we have built empires. How did we do that? We simply begun. Stop allowing your feelings to get in the way. Acknowledge your goals, input systems in place to achieve them and be consistent. If you do this… it won’t only link to your health but everything else: - Your dream body Dream job Dream relationships Other factors that you may not have even considered, there are countless of benefits of getting things done. Now you may be wondering, ‘but our gut feelings can guide us’. Yes, it can. But if you constantly sit there as Andrew Tate said one time “in a state of pitiless boredom” …that is not a ‘gut feeling’ or instinct, rather a coping mechanism that we all face from social conditioning whenever we wanted to begin something but simply didn’t because our fathers and mothers told us not to. Wake up. Wealth Throughout the year, especially in our younger (most important years), we end up wasting so much time. We do what the majority do. Here are some examples but not limited to: - I HAVE to take a summer vacation because my mind believes that it’s ok to spend £1500 Only because it is easter I have decided that I will stuff myself with chocolate. I must spend £500 at Christmas, chill more from work and the gym… get fat and abuse my body with a bunch of alcohol. My friends are doing this… so I must do this too. I’m going off to Uni so I must go the full way, for the whole course. On my birthday, I will take the day off, heck! Why not a week?!? Don’t begin work unless it’s 9am. Special days/ bank holidays and celebration days like the 4th of July. It is imperative that I must relax. Take it how you want to take it. This sounds harsh and rightfully so. These points have come from 1STMAN who is a successful entrepreneur and content creator. This has to be ‘the way of man’ in order to be at the top of the pecking order. “(Just think about this for a second. People waste 3 years of their life i.e., university, doing something that could’ve taken 6 months if they were to work daily instead of mixing it in with the parties and wasted days. However, Universities are a business, and they stretch the course out to increase profits).” – 1STMAN Now in this section I will not state what kind of activities you can undertake to become a successful man because I speak for the ones only who haven’t fully grasped the concept of what it means to reach that stage. As I write this, I can honestly say that it is an eye-opener for me because I went through struggles and tribulations to get to where I am today. We constantly look for ways, techniques and strategies; but what about the concepts?! We now live in a fantasy world where we think we can just learn something and hopefully be able to use it to the best of our ability. NO. Understand the basic concepts first. The Art of Discipline. Action. Execution. Essentially, the Art of Life. The best way to gain knowledge is through personal experiences that you cannot neglect. If you resort to the media and the learning information that you gather. This is not enough. It is the same reason why we preach Greek Philosophers such as Marcus Aurelius. Who had built empires through utilising concepts and fundamental meanings for how you should go about living life. One of the reasons why we feel as if we cannot achieve our goals is because we strive to look to the top, we have our idols but never a beginning. We have our fantasies, dreams. But no beginning. It is exactly why we have entrepreneurs like Hamza who emphasise the importance of mental health. Step 0. This applies to everything. And then repeat until you do reach that 10x in the three categories stated. Relationships Before we go any further with the last category… I want you to understand this: Stop chasing someone when you literally haven’t got a strong baseline for what it is that you would like to do. Now having a partner that is of motivation who compliments your journey can be a huge dictator in the amount of success that you achieve (consider the concepts first before progressing!). Now something that I will mention that may hurt some of your ‘feelings’ is that you lie to yourself. You live in dream land. I know this because I have been there, and I still happen to find myself doing this but at a moderate level. There is moderation in everything. Don’t lose your sanity, please. A lot of self-help media talk about visualisation, manifestation and other concepts related to achieving your goals. But they don’t emphasise the importance of actually doing the work. Sure, you have sayings like ‘Do the hard work especially when you don’t feel like it’… But can we have the ‘WHY?’ to this only because in today’s society we again, have been socially conditioned in ways that disable us from finding a true purpose. So, answering a question as simple as ‘WHY?’ will engrain certain concepts in our brain more effectively so you don’t forget why you begun your journey in the first place. WHY is it important to keep visualisations, manifestations under control by doing the hard work to achieve your goals? “Stop thinking about business in terms of your selfish desires, whether it’s money, dreams or “do what you love.” Instead, chase needs, problems, pain points, service deficiencies, and emotions.” ― M.J. DeMarco, The Millionaire Fastlane Now before you think about having a relationship… I want you to go over what type of woman or man you are looking for. For men, INSTRUCTIONS: this would be fantastic for you because when you list out ALL the traits that you are looking for in a woman you can then use that to ask yourself the question of “what can I do to achieve certain traits to suit this woman”. After listing all the traits please don’t think that every woman that you meet you have to notice their traits. Do not do this. Simply go with the flow and if you notice behaviour that is disturbing, and you aren’t feeling that motivated to work on yourself: then please… I urge you to re-evaluate your decision-making because if you are in it for the long run, I want you to take things like this on board; not for the sake of just yourself and your ‘feelings’, but also for the integrity of your ability to have an impact on others. There are life changing consequences for those who do not take the basic principles/ concepts on how they should go about living life. Get out of fantasy land. This is reality. Don’t get distracted from your true mission. If you were hoping for a detailed explanation on how to get women, and the girls of your dream… I haven’t got the answer. Again, I only understand the simple concepts that enable me and guide me through potential tribulations and struggles for the future so that I limit the barriers that may come my way. Down and out One of the reasons why we may feel down at times is because we don’t know when to just stop and think to ourselves, “what am I doing wrong?”. As with anything in life it is very important to understand ourselves in a way where we our able to get viewpoints from other people, this is because if we ask questions only to ourselves, this can cause a catastrophe in our thinking as we tend to make stuff up and therefore, we get caught up in a loop of endless thinking. This is unacceptable. The real question you should be asking yourself is, “how are people acting around me?”. This one question will solve a mystery that you may not understand because it solves a type of mystery that many cannot understand. PLAN We do not know what the future entails without plan. So many people nowadays think that they can just have a half-arsed plan to achieve all their aspirations… It’s 2022. Stop. If you think that having a having plan to rely on will be the way to your success you are sadly mistaken. Having a plan can help you develop habits that’ll benefit you, but this will make you feel worse than better. Especially if you are young. You need to understand that you have to go through things that are ‘fun’ per se, but also realise that you haven’t experienced shit. Get a girlfriend, a sneaky link, DO WHATEVER. BUT if you are someone like me who is very cautious in participating in such activities, then do ‘stuff’ in moderation. “But Mark, this will affect your mental health, you are stupid”. Ok, so be it… you will regret that you didn’t endorse in these spontaneous activities like listed above. There was a study done with elderly people and they were asked what they most regret in life, the most common answer was that they were acting like someone that they weren’t… And the answer that they had given was further questioned. “What do you mean by this?” The elderly person answers along the lines of: “I think that I could’ve done more”. This in and of itself exaggerates the fact that people simply hold in the desires that they look to strive towards and end up distracting themselves and feeling lonely with shitty ‘plans’ for life. If you are creating a plan, understand that you can’t have one foot in, one foot out. This is not how the world works, it will be devastating for you in the long run. If you truly want to change NOW but change for the better and for your future, then I would highly recommend that you create a sophisticated, detailed plan of what you are looking for in the future. If you are young, don’t fall into imposter syndrome. Live. Laugh. Love. And in doing so, you can create a plan by all means when you feel like it (e.g. at age 20 is best). You will be played so hard if you don’t have the experience. The experience is what allows you to make rational decisions when you realise you need to make a change. Stop thinking that you need to live a serious, robotic lifestyle. Now THIS is stupid. So, are you ready to take your foot off of the gas pedal? I certainly am. The final countdown The real thing to think about is to analyse what you are doing now to help yourself in the future. If you are doing at least something to make sure you secure your future, then you are in good hands. However, it really isn’t that easy. And it sounds too good to just have ‘something’ in line. NO. You need to make sure that you have multiple plans. Plan A, B, C and so on… bear in mind that you must laser-focus on a few things and not 10’s of different things. That is not how the world works and we have briefly described this already. If you truly feel like you want to achieve something that will change the course of your future and your future family. Then take this chapter in very carefully and look at the state that which you operate in. Are you doing ‘something’? Don’t lie to yourself. Victim mentality I felt the need to split the last chapter into 2 because the majority of guys fall under the ‘victimhood mentality’. You constantly complain about your life and don’t even realise it! Why do you think that you can’t gain as much focus as someone who has that ‘laser focus’? You have to-do lists, successful affirmations but haven’t got a to-don’t list. This is silly. You can’t let external factors affect your success. People. Say no to a lot of them, master this. Now because you haven’t looked at the reverse of things, you have substituted this for a victim mentality. You filled in the gaps without even realising because you’re so glued to your phone and social media that even the nerds at Silicon Valley can manipulate you. You’re a dumbass. I only state this because I am a dumbass sometimes too, we all are. But when you begin to find out what makes you a dumbass you begin to unravel a lot of so called ‘flaws’ that you can learn to use to your advantage. You seriously think that having this victim mentality of “my life is shit” won’t be a factor that isn’t distracting. Stop. Reflect on what’s making you feel ‘less-focused’ and only then you can start to realise that feelings aren’t and shouldn’t be a factor in achieving success (in terms of doing the work, especially when you don’t feel like it). I hope that these two chapters are a big eye-opener for you. If not: You’re a dumbass. Balance Former Navy seal David Goggins once said that “a lot of people like balance, but there are some mother**** who just don’t”. These people are outliers. They are either geeks like Bill Gates for example or bad ass’ Andrew Tate. You choose what direction you’re looking to head towards. It is use against you when all hell breaks loose. And this statement can be overwhelming for some because how can you allow yourself to have no balance when you might have a family or work-related issues and other stuff that can affect the rate of growth. This statement is preached a lot in the self-help community and it’s getting out of hand. Balance is extremely important. Multi-millionaire Iman Ghadzi, who runs a successful 8 figure digital marketing agency once said that “it’s those times of meditative focus where we are able to uncover what we truly desire in our lives. Spa, sauna, breathing, sitting still. Are all factors that can contribute to your successful thinking”. That is exactly why you have millionaires who write books talk about being celibate and not having sex as this rids you of your divine masculine energy responsible for acting and fulfilling your purpose. We are not going to talk about NoFap because you know what this does to you and your mentality, you become an Ox and not a bull when you indulge in such pleasures, this is not good. Period. Your energy is significantly more malleable if you participate in watching porn. Stop. How? Just stop. Follow the techniques outlined in this book overall. Did you forget? Do me a favour and go back to the very first few pages where I go over the Hi Level mindset. Congratulations! You made it. – future self To end it of... I want you to know that you are not alone. The fact that you are reading this, already displays a huge amount of competency to do well. Keep on going. Don’t stop. Don’t Forget. Do the work: Become Superior. If you could drop me some feedback on my YouTube channel, Search: ‘Mark Darwin’. It would be enormously helpful to improve the way we run things. Join the journey. You got this Good luck, Mark (CEO of bmsdigitalmedias) Extension of the master class One of the reasons why we may feel as if we aren’t good enough is really because we haven’t experienced much. For example, you have the ‘ugly guys’ who can’t the ‘girl’. Simply because they haven’t done all the habits necessary to achieve that. This is what makes society weak. A lack of reflection on the experiences. We could make a whole entire chapter talking about experiences, but this would be absurd because it won’t achieve much other than pure imaginative fantasies. You may be wondering how do I achieve this way of living so that I can become better than the 99%? The biggest thing I recommend you do is really just to begin your business that you feel like looking into. If you do this, you will truly experience disciplined reality at its finest. If you have begun… how long was it until you had given up? Exactly. Why is it that we feel as if we cannot begin what we want to begin? You need to re-read the book because if you are still wondering what you could do then you are simply wasting your time. You know the certain type of habits that you have to undertake to achieve a mindset that will allow you to simply ‘begin’. I would even consider listening to a motivational speech if you feel as if you can’t begin. This is a big issue in today’s modern world. The inability to begin. I believe that the biggest thing that most teenagers look at when it comes to achieving big things is to figure out what they can do to actually begin. However, this is normally overlooked. How can you possibly think that you can simply begin by not doing the work previously?
