This CIP contains new contact details for the NCH following the move from
Custom House to Ralli Quays as advised in CIP (13) 66.
2. New contact details for the NCH.
The NCH has moved premises and as such has a new telephony system.

All contact with the NCH should be via these new contact details
At present all mail sent to the previous address is being diverted, additionally
all calls to the old telephone system are diverted to the new numbers. This will
continue for the short term, we will issue a further CIP to advise when these
diverts are to be taken off.
