Iqbal Hossain Moral has completed his MBA, major in Human Resource Management (2016),
and BBA in Management Studies (2015) degrees from a reputed public university named Rajshahi
University, Bangladesh. Currently, he is working as an academician in the department of business
administration, Northern University of Business and Technology Khulna, Bangladesh. Moreover, at
present, Mr. Moral working as a team member of an international project known as More
Entrepreneurial Life at Bangladeshi Universities (MELBU) which has been co-funded by the
Erasmus+ programme of the European Union and the project MELBU (https://melbu.eu/) is a
transnational project based on multilateral partnerships between eight Higher Education Institutions
(HEIs) from Germany, Poland and Bangladesh. The research areas of Moral are Women
Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Commuity Entrepreneurship and International Entrepreneurship. Last but
not the least, Moral is highly aspired to contribute differerent entrepreneurial projects in South Asian
countries like Bangladesh, India, Pakistan for the regional sustainable economic development.
