Minutes:
The LAC Session started at exactly 8 o’clock in the morning.
The session started with a prayer that was led by Mrs. Pearl Joy C. Declarador. After the prayer, Mrs. Ferolyn
J. Balajadia, the facilitator of today’s conference introduce to us the innovation of Science Department and the
orient us on the materials and equipment needed and roles and protocols that we need to follow in implementing
the said innovation. She stated that the innovation will be spearheaded by Ms. Dara Mae L. Alanan and Hilcris
Gideon F. Eslabra and it will be held in San roque Gym since Barangay San Roque will be the beneficiary of the
innovation. She also assigned the following teachers their assigned tasks in the implementation of the innovation:
Mari Mar P. Banabatac- National Anthem
Ayna B. Nacion- Prayer
Hilcris Gideon Eslabra- Emcee
Dara Mae L. Alanan- Orientation of the Project
Novy Marie Doromal- Importance of Soap and Closing Remarks.
