Fighting weight loss and salt in take with burgers ?
In the various restaurants they publicize their burgers as their main dish. This is concerning the
health of people all around the world, mostly for those who would like to lose weight. In various
fast food restaurants like Mc D, Wendys, Checkers, Arby'sCulver’s, Jack in the Box, Sonic
Drive-In, Jollibee, Church’s Chicken, Raising Cane’s, Chick-fil-A they tend to create burgers with
a high amounts of sodium and try to make the burger seem healthy trying to lower the calories
as much as possible. There is no correlation between the calories and sodium in burgers. It
really depends on the type of burger and the ingredients in the burger. But taking in account the
amount of sodium and calories you put in your body you can help protect yourself from diseases
and illnesses. I will be calculating the exact correlation of the calories and sodium intake of
different restaurant burgers.
During my research with statistics of sodium and calories amounts in famous fast food burgers,
I've noticed that there is no relation between these two subjects, but what effects the outcome of
the sodium and calorie levels depends on the ingredients more then the amounts. This helps
keep the sodium and calorie levels down especially when the ingredients are greens and things
that aren't artificial. The relation between sodium and calorie is 0.31 and is basically scattered in
many directions.
Burgers are a dish that is included in many fasts food restaurants but are they really healthy and
good for the wellness of the human body.
