STEP 5: SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION The installation of a real time traffic monitoring system using camera Cctv and advanced traffic robots will be done using the direct changeover method thus removing the already existing system completely to a new one. This is a least expensive way and has got a reduced time frame in system installation .The duration of the implementation depends on several inputs for instance labour and capital .Skilled personnel such as mechatronic engineers for both software and hardware installation are highly preferred .The installation is estimated to take at least 4 months if all the variables are met.
