Abstract - Simply put, health is real wealth. But
now it is rapidly deteriorating. Human activities
and various factors have contributed to this. So
people are suffering from many diseases. There
are many shortcomings and insolvencies in
government hospitals. Many private hospitals
are being built today as a Reason for that
problem. People are drawn to private hospitals
as they can perform their surgeries faster than
government hospitals. Private hospitals are
being built in large numbers today. There for, it
is advisable to create a system for a private
hospital or channeling center.
I.
INTRODUCTION
A significant amount of information is generated by
every health care professional who engages in the
care and decision-making related to a patient. This
clinical information is entered into the health care
records of the patient, and it is typically maintained
in an EMR (Electronic Medical Record) or EHR
(Electronic Health Record) system. As the usefulness
of the data likely depends on the data structures used
to store the data, research on these data structures can
provide valuable information for the developers and
implementers of EHR systems. This thesis is a
systematic literature review on the EHR data systems
and their effect on the actual patient care.

private hospital or a channeling center.

Firstly user should login to the system by entering
correct password and admin number. Then main
interface is view. Main interface has 3 sectors which
are; billing sub system, hospital information sub
system and booking sub system. Billing sub system
has a form that can enter patient information and
what service are gains by patient. There is a calculate
button in this form and when press it automatically
calculate total charges and view the bill with charges
and patient information. Those details are stored in
database and that output bill can print. Booking sub
system reserve doctor according to the first come.
Hospital information sub system has all information
about what services that gives from the hospital

When enter correct password and user name, then
display main interface. In this input are username and
password, output is main interface
When user enters password and username correctly,
he or she can login directly. Neither user enters
password and username wrongly at 3 times, system
stop automatically.
