Engagement Summary
The business owner is facing the challenge of deciding whether to pivot the business and develop a new
strategy and plan for growth or exit the business completely due to changes in personal and environmental
conditions. At this point it is not clear which the best option would be, and the engagement will help assess
the different scenarios and enable the best decision possible.
Brief Accelerated Business Assessment
 Meet with business owner to understand the business and current situation
 Develop understanding of business owner’s goals, aspirations, challenges
 Run quick competitive market assessment
 Understand the current financial condition and profitability of the business
 Understand the financial impact of a location change (rent increase, client access, other)
 Provide a comparative analysis of available options: 1) new location 2) sale/exit out of the business
Timing: 2-4 weeks, 12-18 hours
Cost
The fee ranges between $1,200 to $1,800 based on a maximum number of 18 hours. If additional hours are
required, they will be billed at the standard rate of $125 per hour. Packages of more than 5 hours could be
discussed.

Daniela is a former senior banking executive, business strategist, and business developer. As Senior Vice
President and Managing Director at Fifth Third Bank, she has cultivated a proven track record of success
supporting C-suite executives and business owners through expert vision, strategy development, and execution;
and directing complex, transformational initiatives that have solved diverse business challenges while
simultaneously fueling growth.
In her earlier last role as SVP and CAO of Consumer Banking for SunTrust, she acted as a chief of staff
managing and planning all operational and financial affairs of executives. Serving as a trusted advisor she was
also charged with driving strategic projects, handle sensitive areas of group operations and leading the
strategic planning process.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Demaria worked for The Coca-Cola Company, where she traveled extensively
throughout Latin America supporting the bottling system and consulting with management on quality systems
implementation and improvement.
Daniela holds a B.S. in Chemistry, an MBA from Georgia State University, a Master's degree in Occupational
Health & Safety from the University of Buenos Aires, Executive Change Management Certification from
Georgia Tech, Leadership Certificate from University of Georgia and a certificate in Entrepreneurship for Social
Impact from Babson College. She held NASD Series 7 and 66 licenses, is a PMP certified practitioner and is
fluent in English and Spanish while conversant in French and Portuguese.
