今年由於受全球「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎（COVID-19）」疫情影響，故入學通知作業相
關流程稍有延遲，但仍請詳閱下列注意事項，並配合完成：
一、 請填寫來校就讀報到回函。
二、 如接受就讀，另請配合辦理下列事項：
1. 請繳交經學校當地我國駐外館處驗證之【畢業證書影本】 （附公證之中文或英文
翻譯本）及原校密封之【歷年成績單】(申請時已繳交者免附)。
2. 請於 2022 年 8 月 12 日（星期五）前將【回函】、【畢業證書影本】及【歷年成
績單】掃描並寄到信箱：k1168@gcloud.csu.edu.tw，正本請攜帶到學校現場註冊
時繳交。
3. 如需要入學通知正本，請提供完整通訊地址（含郵遞區號）及連絡電話，方便同
仁寄出。
4. 加入相關群組，方便連絡，QR CODE:
三、 有關入學報到注意事項請參閱附件。 防疫期間，相關事宜得配合中央流行疫情

Good day!
Congratulations on your admission to Cheng Shiu University (CSU)! On behalf of
all teachers and students at CSU, we sincerely welcome you to be a part of the
Cheng Shiu family.
This year, due to the global "Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19)" pandemic, the
procedures related to admission have been slightly delayed. However, please read
the following precautions carefully and follow the requirements:
1. Please fill out the confirmation form attached to this email and send it to:
k1168@gcloud.csu.edu.tw.
2. If you choose and accept to study at CSU, please comply with the following
requirements:
a.) Please submit the Scanned copy of Graduation Certificate/Diploma (with a
notarized Chinese or English translation) authenticated by and verified by
the school’s local Taiwan embassy office and the [calendar report] sealed
by the original school (exempt if submitted at the time of application).
b.) Please scan and send the [confirmation form], [Photocopy of Graduation
Certificate] and [Transcript of Records] to this email:
k1168@gcloud.csu.edu.tw before August 12, 2022 (Friday). Please bring the
original copy upon enrollment to the school.
c.) If you need the original copy of the letter of admission, please provide us
with your complete address (including zip code) and contact number.

3. Please refer to the attachments for registration and enrollment. During the
epidemic prevention period, relevant matters must be coordinated with the
correction of the epidemic information issued by the Central Epidemic Command
