• Fitness recovery after cancer treatment... where do you start?
• You may be feeling fatigued, nauseous, or experiencing pain while attempting to perform tasks
that you used to be able to do with ease.
• This is normal post-treatment, and this pamphlet will help provide the next steps you need for
getting back on your feet and increase your strength, endurance, and overall health.

Exercise Plan
• With past cancer treatments it can take a toll on your physical health and make you feel weaker.
Staying active and taking part in physical recovery can help get your body back in shape as well
as reduce anxiety and depression.
Pain Diary
• An important part of recovery is management of pain. Throughout your journey to become
more active, you may experience pain. It can be helpful for you and your doctor to track this
pain and its patterns.
