3- What is the writer’s point of
view and how did he/she
try to persuade the
audience?
Introduction
01
Give your opinion in the
topic sentence
“The introduction”.
End it with thesis
statement “Names the
pieces of evidence will
be mentioned”.
02
Body
Set your argument in
separate paragraphs
based on the thesis
statement.
03
Conclusion
Finish your work with a
strong conclusion. Make
sure you repeat what
your point of view is.
Think about your audience
01
Writing to a friend of
yours will not be like
writing to the
minister of
Agriculture for
example.
02
Use “Present Simple”
Tense.
03
Personal
Pronouns
Using words like “we,
Your, Us…” makes your
audience think you are
addressing them in
person.
04
Conditional sentences (GW)
Try to use a conditional sentence to support your
argument.
If you start to read about aliens and the evidences
found, you will rethink before saying fable.
05
Logical Connectives
Like:
Firstly,
Consequently,
Moreover,
So,
Furthermore,

countries allocate such huge budgets
for these researches in vain?
More Examples

Do you want to be part of…….
07
Expressive Language
Persuade the reader with emotional language and
groups of three adjectives. For example:
“Scientists gave us a mountain of evidence proving
aliens existence.”
08 Other point of view
Show the other point of view and kill it:
“Some people say aliens exist only in the movie theatre.
However, I believe they didn’t read enough about the
recorded facts released by the Pentagon recently.”
