2. The person ethically is part of the company he accepted an offer from the
first company but is not legally bound to join this company since there was
no contract agreement he has to fulfill he can choose whichever company
better fits your professional career. If there is a better offer for a particular
employee that you hire he/she may not stay in the company long term so
it's better to take the second option instead of having a company take a
loss in the future.
3. In this situation if I sign the documents knowing the information is not true
it can lead to someone losing their job but also signing such documents
can lead to company damages and other people in the process getting
hurt then could also lead to disciplinary action to me and anyone who did
not report in this situation. It would be ethical to return the documents
without signature and explain that incorrect information take it up with a
supervisor and see what is the issue when you see all these risk factors
and people who it might affect in the process you have to take it up with
someone who is higher in rankings to resolve the issue.
