Trader Success Associate
Overview
The Funded Trader is seeking to immediately bring on a talented, motivated, and skilled Trader Success Associate to
provide exceptional customer service and support for our Trader Success Team.
Your primary role will be providing support on our various communication channels, such as Intercom and Discord.
We are looking for someone with prior customer service & trading experience, and has a passion for our industry.
The ideal candidate must have perfect proficiency in English, have strong technical knowledge of the prop firm and
forex industry, and would love to become a part of a rapidly growing and meaningful project. You will report
directly to your Trader Success Supervisor and Head of Trader Success.
Core Responsibilities
As a Trader Success Associate, you will be responsible for simultaneously managing multiple communication
channels while providing exceptional customer service, resolving problems in an efficient and empathetic manner,
and foster team collaboration. Meeting communication standards and guidelines, keeping leadership aware of any
issues, and thinking critically to formulate resolutions will all be crucial responsibilities for this role. The following

Answering customer questions as they come through Intercom and Discord in a timely manner
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Assist customers by providing valid, accurate and complete information about our challenges, and
resolving product and service problems to achieve satisfaction
Communicate effectively by relaying accurate information, proper usage of macros, and other updates
provided by leadership
Keep up to date with changes to programs, policies and services, and effectively relay updates to customers
Properly escalate inquiries to relevant team, supervisors, and upper management.
Accurately input account issues information via Click-Up
Communicate effectively internally via Slack
Desired Skills
● Excellent Communication – You’ll be in constant communication with our customers, team lead, and
department head. The ideal candidate will be able to share and receive information, and relay proper
information in a simple and easy to understand manner for our clients based all over the world.
● Customer Service Skills – As we are dealing with many customer’s all around the world, being able to
handle interactions with patience, empathy and understanding, as well as a positive attitude is critical and
held to the highest expectation
● High Quality Standards – While we receive many inquiries on a daily basis, ensuring you are giving the
most optimal experience is critical. We follow a quality over quantity approach.
● Experience using various systems – Familiarity with using various platforms such as Gmail, Intercom,
Discord, and Click-Up, Slacks, Google Sheets
● Critical Thinking – Having the ability to gather, understand, and interpret information in order to draw
conclusions based on relevant data, information and personal knowledge/experience is crucial.
● Collaboration– Must have a willingness to find solutions to problems, optimize current processes for a most
efficient workflow, and actively provide and receive constructive feedback.
