Environment • • • • • • • SAP NetWeaver 7.0 SAP enhancement package 1 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0 SAP enhancement package 2 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0 SAP NetWeaver 7.3 SAP enhancement package 1 for SAP NetWeaver 7.3 SAP NetWeaver 7.4 SAP NetWeaver 7.5 Reproducing the Issue Table /BIC/B0* or /BI0/B0* with big size in transaction DB02 or EWA report Cause /BIC/B0* or /BI0/B0* are PSA table or the changelog table of DSO. It becomes bigger if dataloading is scheduled. Resolution Firstly, identify if it is PSA table or change log table. • the way to identify: go to t-code SE16 -> table RSTSODS -> input the table name into field ODSNAME_TECH (description: Technical ODS name) and Execute. Normally, if it is changelog table, the relevant DSO name can be found from field ODSNAME (description: Persistent Staging Area) field. If it is PSA table, the relevant datasource name can be found from field USEROBJ (description: Object Name) field. • the result can be verified: in t-code RSA1 -> click "Find" from Modeling panel -> input the value of field ODSNAME or USEROBJ, choose Object Types as "datasource" "datasource 3.x" and "DataStore Object (classic)", then click Search.
