Dear Sponsor Ben and Charlotte,
Greetings of love and harmony!
Hello my dear sponsor, it's been a while since we last updated each other. I hope you're doing
great there and I'm praying every day that you're safe together with your loved ones. As of now,
I've been finishing my summer class and it's online. I told you already my dear sponsor that I'm
an irregular student because I'm a shifter. So the reason why that I should take the summer
class is that in the prospectus of my course that I shifted which is Business Administration
it's a prerequisite subject to the major that I've taken in the third year, so there's one subject I
must to be taken if I don't take it now I couldn't pursue the third year. Also, I’m glad at the same
time happy that I survive the second year of course with the help of you my dear sponsor for
undying support, especially in my educational needs. This upcoming last week of August, I'm a
third-year college student I've decided that I take the major of BA- Financial Management. This
year it is rumored it can be a blended class, which means that we have our face to face at the
same time online classes. In addition, some schools here are conducting already full face-toface classes. Did Ava and Reese experience a summer class? And may I know what grade they
are now for the incoming school year 2022-2023?
School this last week of August. May the Lord God guide me through my academic life into your
hands, and sustain me financially, emotionally, and physically throughout this journey. Good
grades, positive vibes, finish my goals. Succeed with no mess and no distractions. In short,
having no fail grades. Nothing more nothing less, it won't come easy but because you're with
me. I know I could make my way through it all.
Now everything is getting back to normal. In our community, we are now able to go outside but
still follow health protocols wearing a face mask it's still important when going outside. Some
establishments are now re-opening, and there are now jeepneys and buses for transportation
but the fare is so expensive because the economy's rapid recovery from the pandemic created
more demand for gasoline, pushing prices higher. Gas has many effects on our society, and
some of these effects have a negative impact on our life. Our daily lives depend on gas when
we go to work, school, or going out somewhere. It feels like it's all getting back to normal but
I'm sad about the little changes after the pandemic like the fare, some products are been rising
the price is double. And I'm happy to see that, considering the pandemic, there's a little
progression going on. How about in your place? How’s it going? Do you still wear a face mask?
On the other hand, the weather here in our country varies so little throughout the year that it is
not entirely meaningful to discuss hot and cold seasons. But now storms with thunder and
lightning are expected. The chance of rainfall for today is high, and precipitation will be
moderate. How about your weather there my dear sponsor? Is it sunny or rainy?
Furthermore, I'm so blessed with my family because they are the one who inspires me every
day. Until now my mother still working of her the same job also my father. Every morning my
father helps my mother to clean sweep the ground and water the plants where my mother
works.
That’s why I'm doing my best to finish my studies having a degree to repay my parent's hard
work and make them happy. Recently, my uncle died the youngest brother of my mother, I don't
know what's exactly the cause of how his death. But all I know is because of his bad habit in the
past. As for my older sister, she applies to the other department in the same university as an
office clerk, and happily, she got hired. 4th of July my cousin and my brother graduated. My
cousin graduated senior high school while my brother completed junior high school. I'd like to
share that my cousin and I have the same school. I'd like to share also that I'm so thankful for
another year that now I'm 20. I celebrate my simple birthday with my family and friends. My
mother prepares some foods to eat and I enjoy the rest of the day with them. I'm glad to hear
that your parents have reached that age, I
hope also that my parents can reach that age too. And I’m happy to hear about your
accomplishment this year my dear sponsor. I hope someday you, Reese and Ava teach me to
play the sports that you do. My younger brother is now fully vaccinated but we are still thinking if
we take the booster. Have you already taken the booster shot my dear sponsor? As of the 24th
of July, we had our General Assembly 2022 of the foundation. Held at the sports complex, it’s
very fun because each area performs a dance. Then the foundation gave simple gifts to those
sponsored children who had just fresh graduated from college they give each one of them a
thank you message of how they are thankful to be part of the foundation. After that, we eat a lot
of delicious foods that each area prepared. Lastly, we take a picture of memories of that day.
I am very grateful and blessed to have been a part of this foundation, especially having you as
my sponsor, since I was in grade three until now that I'm in the third year of college how fast the
years my dear sponsor. I know that you're busy but you have time to write me a letter, it helped
me a lot to cheer me up every day. Take good care of yourself and remember I always praying
here for your safety and your family as well. Keep safe and God Bless! Peace will remain within
