Should you accept this job offer, you will be entitled to the following upon the start of your first
shift.

Starting wage will be $16.00/hour paid bi-weekly every other Friday upon current
schedule.
During the period of employment, the employee agrees to be bound by our policies and
standards, and any future policies and standards that are reasonably introduced by
company. It is agreed that if we introduce, amend or deletes employment – related
policies as conditions warrant, such changes do not constitute a breach of this
agreement.
The employee agrees while employed, no information is to be disclosed, held or used
for personal or financial gain.
Information learned or gained while employed is not to be shared with any competing
company at any time, for any reason.
The employee agrees to return or destroy, as directed by The Kenzington Group,
confidential information and proprietary property to The Kenzington Group upon
request at any time. Any security codes, keys or access passwords to The Kenzington
Group premises are not to be shared or duplicated
The employee understands there will be a probationary period no less than 3 months
