The frame is made up of two longitudinal components connected by two cross-beams which also support the brake units. The various supports which connect the different bogie components are welded to the frame. The bogie frame rests on the primary suspension spring units and supports the vehicle body by means of a bolster beam. The bolster beam is connected to the bogie frame by secondary suspension.
