This document serves as a guide for teachers to complete their Assessment PD Program requirements by providing a directory of both the general and Math
subject materials. We would like to emphasize that this is not a list of additional APD program activities and requirements. Rather, this is just a complete
guide of all the activities that must be completed in order to finish the program.
Please note that participants who have not completed all the requirements will not receive a certificate of completion.
