2. ACCIDENTS FOR THE PERIOD
No accidents recorded for Aug 2022
One possible incident was investigated during this period and determined that
it indeed was not a mine accident but more a case of an aggravated old incident.
When transporting heavy material be sure to use the correct posture to pick up
the heavy equipment to prevent any strain on your back.
3. NEAR MISS REPORTING
Incident Description
Tshepong – Whilst A/O busy tightening
chuck the Allen key chuck spanner
slipped from the chuck.

shoving in cage)
MM5 – power trip from power pack (Loss B. Kilani
of production)
