Problem: Heavy workload of block presidents and miscommunication
Title: A resolution to create reinforcement group in addressing workloads of block
representatives and miscommunication AY 2022-2023
A. To create reinforcement groups that would divide the workloads of block presidents.
- The Block President and the Vice presidents of each block would go hand in hand
in organizing and diving the responsibilities of the activities in the block and in keeping
the block in order. This would minimize the heavy workload and pressure that block
presidents already have (1) To lessen the president’s workload (2) To put emphasis on
being concerned for the block president’s mental and physical health (3) To respect the
vice president’s role as right hand and to exercise her power.
SOLUTION: Inclusion of Vice presidents to the CONUS inner circle per year level
to disseminate information and avoid miscommunication. For instance, during meetings
with the level coordinator a lot information is being relayed. If the president is unavailable
or accidentally disseminated the wrong information the vice president could step up and
clarify that for the president.
