The Aztec Empire was an example of an empire that ruled by indirect means.
To give you a little whereabouts with regards to the Aztec Empire they were a
Mesoamerican culture that flourished in central Mexico from 1300 until 1521 during
the post-classic period. Before the arrival of the Europeans, the Aztec civilization was
the last of the great Mesoamerican civilizations. The Aztecs were known for their
agricultural achievements, which included farming all accessible land, establishing
irrigation, clearing marshes, and constructing artificial islands in lakes. They invented
hieroglyphic writing, devised a complicated calendar system, and constructed famous
pyramids and temples.
Aztec Empire has its own way how to manage the people, address the concern
and cater the needs. It is said to be that “the aztec empire was an example of an
empire that ruled by indirect means” it was true. Aztec Empire or the triple alliance
was an alliance of three Nahua altepetl city-states: Mexico-Tenochtitlan, Tetzcoco,
and Tlacopan. These three city-states ruled that area in and around the Valley of
Mexico. However, to protect the welfare of the people the Mexico-Tenochtitlan, as the
capital became more militarily dominant. The moment Spanish conquestadores
arrived, the land of alliance was purely protected and ruled by Tenochtitlan, while
the other cities had taken subsidiary roles. The Aztecs allowed conquered city rulers
to remain in power as long as they committed to pay the alliance semi-annual tribute
and contribute armed personnel as needed for Aztec war efforts. Because of the
three city-states, Aztecs were ruled indirectly. One is the most powerful of the three
and the first line of defense. While the other two provide support, empowering them
and bolstering their defense.
Educational system worked to the cultural vison in which there was no
individuality
The type of educational system that produces competent, skilled, and
enthusiastic graduates can easily be determined. The educational system evolved
from a more thorough examination and evaluation of the needs, requirements, and
interventions to be adopted to improve students' academic performance.
Educational systems have always been anchored in people's personal
histories. They also value the diversity and heterogeneity of those who will have
the opportunity to experience what the educational system has to offer once they
enrolled and have completed their studies.
Educational system might differ from other countries that is because of the
consideration being made based on thorough research and assessments of
implemented programs. Furthermore, Filipinos place a higher value on education than
on other tangible possessions. Filipinos always look up in our roots, in our identity, in
our backbone in crafting something important that will contribute for the betterment of
the educational system here in the Philippines. They've been working not only to
generate well-equipped graduates, but also to ensure that each student's value
system and cultural identity are instilled and passed on to them.
