PICV presetting packing examples:
The PICV and packed separately with the actuators, the presetting of the valves is explained as
below:
The presetting table are printed and labelled to each crate, separate by valve model and it’s
presetting.
For example:
As in the picture, crate No.3 consist of the valve body model 53-1771C with the 2.0 presetting in
total of 245 pcs, 53-1700C with the presetting 3.5 in total of 13 pcs, 53-1773C with the presetting 1.5
in total of 3 pcs, etc...
Also, we have labelled the presetting to each box/carton of the valves body as below image.
As the image above, we labelled the valve body carton 3.0. This means that valve (model 53-1774C)
in this carton preset at 3.0 position.
To be clearer, another example is as below:
As the image above, we labelled the valve body carton 3.5. This means that valve (model 53-1770C)
in this carton preset at 3.5 position
**Please noted that we did not labelled the valves with the original presetting (at 4.0 position).
