Subj: REQUEST AWARD OF THE COMMAND BADGE ICO LTJG CHESTER W. NIMITZ, NSCC

(a) NSCC Regulations, Section 2125
(b) NSCC Awards Manual, Chapter Two, Section IX
1. Respectfully request award of the Command Badge to LTJG Nimitz in
accordance with references (a) and (b).
2. LTJG Nimitz has met all of the requirements as per reference (a):
a. Permanently appointed to NSCC Officer to his current rank as per NSCC
Regulation 0541.1 in January 2010.
b. Appoint to command of ANYTOWN Division and Training Ship ANYTOWN in
February 2011.
c. One year of in command was completed in February 2012.
d. Both units successfully completed an annual inspection during the 2011
and 2012 inspection years under his tenure.
