(“COMWORKS”) shall not provide any refund for purchased products but shall replace or exchange defective products, in accordance with the replacement policy of the product manufacturer, within seven (7) days from date of purchase in accordance with the conditions below: Customer, through the Authorized Service Center of the manufacturer, must obtain approval for replacement of the product. The Authorized Service Center will check the product and run a diagnostic test. After checking, the Authorized Service Center will give the customer a copy of the Technical Report stating if the product is for replacement or repair. Manufacturer’s replacement shall be availed of one-time only. Customer must present the original sales receipt or proof of purchase. Replacement is for factory defects only. The product must have no damage or sign of damage due to the act, fault or negligence of the user or any accident or by force majeure (such as fire, flood, wind, water, electrical voltage fluctuation and the like); must not have been altered, misused, repaired or been damaged due to any attempted repair; and user must not have attempted to remove or deface factory seals or serial numbers. The original packaging of the product must be in good condition with no sign of physical damage. All accessories, product manuals and information, and other contents of the box or packaging of the product must be complete, intact and undamaged. Replacement or exchange will be made in the same store where the product was purchased. The defective product shall be replaced or exchanged with a similar product or product of the same or lesser value than the purchased product without refund of the difference in the amount. The customer may also replace the defective product with a higher value upon payment of the difference in the amount. * I agree I do not agree WARRANTY POLICY 5. COMWORKS does not provide any warranty for the products sold. Customer concerns regarding warranty services must be forwarded to the product manufacturer through the Authorized Service Centers. COMWORKS may, at its sole discretion, process warranty services for the Customer upon authorization of the manufacturer. Warranty coverage is for factory defects only. Physical damage and water damage are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Upon purchase of the product after demonstration, the customer acknowledges and agrees that: The product was tested in the presence of the customer and is in good condition. The product has complete accessories (warranty card, phone charger, headset, as applicable, depending on the brand of the product).
