CTE Intake
Bring photo ID; allow 2 hours to complete:
registration and orientation. Arrive within the
following hours:
Monday through Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Fridays 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

equivalency (i.e. GED, HiSET)
Diploma or transcripts with graduation date

Program duration:
9 weeks (approximately)
Program description:
This program prepares students to take the state
certification exam. Students will learn to address
basic care services such as bathing, grooming,
feeding and checking patient vital signs. Classes
combine theory, skills, and clinical training.
Note: Medical Terminology course is not required but is highly
recommended.

• Feeding
• Grooming
• Bathing
• Confidentiality
• Social and emotional patient support
Program cost:
$435. program fee + approx. $400. materials
Consider seeking sponsorship to cover costs:
Consider visiting the following agency to attend an
orientation and learn about eligibility requirements. It is
recommended to start these steps at least 60 days before
program fees are due.
