Fee Rules
1. Parents shall pay the Annual Fee in four installments as mentioned Above.
2. Total School Fee includes amount of Tuition, Library, Lab*, Computer, Co-Curricular Activities and
Exams Fee.
3. It will be the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian to deposit the fee in time. School holds no
responsibility to remind the parent/guardian for the same .
4. Transfer Certificate shall not be issued until his or her dues are cleared.
5. If all dues are not cleared by the end of the session, result may be withheld and the student may
not be allowed to sit in the next/same class.
6. In case of the non-payment of fees for three consecutive months the pupil’s name will be struck
off the rolls without any prior intimation and Rs. 1000/- will be charged as re-admission fee.
Parents are requested to deposit the requisite contribution amount in the following account after
the admission is confirmed by the school authority.

Fee Concession Policy
1. For Sibling: Tuition fee concession to the younger child whose brother/sister(siblings) study in the
dayanand paradise school, will be granted as under:
a. Elder child have to pay full fee.
b. The younger child wil get 50% concession in the tuition fee.
2. Pay Full fee in One Time: Day Scholar will get the concession of Rs. 1000/- in tuition fee and
boarders will get the concession of Rs. 5000/- in boarding fee, if parent will pay complete amount of
fee in first installment.
Note:
1.Penalty for Defaulters: The parents failing to deposit the 'Fee Amount' as per the schedule
mentioned above then fee concession availed by the student will be cancelled by the School
Management and all defaulters shall have to pay a 'penalty' of Rs 20/- per day in the first month of
the due, later they shall have to pay Rs. 40 per day
2. Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted.
3. The School Management reserves the right to amend all the policies, rules and regulations.

LEAVE RULES
1. Parents should fill up and submit the “Leave application” for each day the
student is absent from school stating the reasons for absence.
2. Students who have been sick should bring a medical certificate from their doctor on
joining school. A copy of the certificate is to be submitted and signed in the school
office for follow up.
3. Students who require medical attention during school hours may be sent by the
teacher to the school office, with a slip/note in the almanac.
4. No one who has been absent on the previous day will be admitted to the class
without a letter from the parent, addressed to the Class Teacher, stating the reason
for absence.
5. All students are expected to attend school on the opening day after each of the
vacations. Those absent because of sickness must present a medical certificate
before they may be admitted to the class.
6. Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than six
consecutive days renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls.
Re-admission may be granted only on payment of a fresh admission fee.*
7. Leave for half day should be avoided. Once a student reports to school no
application will be entertained requesting for the student to leave the school premises
for any personal/social functions i.e. marriages, birthday, going out station etc.*
8. It is compulsory for the students to complete 75% attendance in each academic year,
for promotion.
*After giving proper reason, school management can consider a child.
