INTRODUCTION
_____The month of April is one of the most awaited months on the part of the students as well as the parents of course
who will witness their sons or daughters be one of those members of the graduating class march during the processional.
I am pretty sure that it’s been already a month-long waiting and preparation. Needless to say…what to wear and what to
do. Those feelings come into reality this 3rd day…on this April as we will witness the Bayaoas integrated School Graduation
Ceremony.
_____ It’s an honor to be here to the dignified and special event the high point of the academic year. Ladies and gentlemen,
let us all stand for the processional. Approaching the stage are our guest of honor and speaker, public schools district
supervisor, principal, faculty and staff, the candidates for graduation batch 2018-2019 and their proud parents.
Ladies and Gentlemen our GRADUATES BATCH 2019 starts with………..;

_____The most awaited moment has enthusiastically been looking forward to, has finally come. This is the time to
harvest the sweet fruit of sacrifices after the long year of intellectual struggle. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to
Bayaoas Integrated School GRADUATION CEREMONY with a theme “UNITY IN DIVERSITY: QUALITY EDUCATION FOR
ALL.”
_____Today, another history slowly unfolds as we come to an end of the school year 2018-2019. It’s been 10 months
already that we have witnessed how these lads and lasses proved their worth to become members of this year’s
graduating batch.
GREETINGS
_____So, to start with, we just want to greet the people who grace this affair. To our highly esteemed members
of the academic community led by the dynamic and supportive Public Schools District Supervisor, Dr. Helen C.
Brian, the epitome’ of empowered woman and a great school leader, our very own School Head, Dr. Sharon B.
Bonifacio, distinguished guest of honor and speaker who will be introduced later, barangay officials who are
with us today, members and officers of the PTA, the equally dynamic Head Teachers III, Dr. Ligea L. Arambulo and
Mrs. Ehlen B. Mendoza, colleagues, members of the graduating batch, parents, guardians, visitors, friends,
ladies and gentlemen, a pleasant, welcoming and joyous afternoon!
PART III: MOVING UP CEREMONY
____ Today, ladies and gentlemen marks another milestone in our life and in the history of Bayaoas Integrated School as
we gather and celebrate success on this Graduation Ceremony 2019.
1. PILIPINAS KONG MAHAL & OPENING PRAYER
_____ So, to begin the ceremony, may we request everyone to stand for the singing of the “PILIPINAS KONG MAHAL” led
by Mrs Aiza B. Frias, JHS T- III, to be followed immediately by an opening prayer to be led by Vanessa D. De Vera, with
High Honors .
2. REGION I HYMN, & PANGASINAN HYMN
____ Please remain standing for the singing of Region I Hymn, and Pangasinan I Hymn to be conducted by Mrs. Ma. Mariz
C. Padua, JHS T-I
3. OPENING REMARKS
____ Completion Rites always kindles tears of happiness and at the same time sadness. Happiness, for you now reap the
fruits of your labor. Sadness, for we have to bid each other goodbye. But before we burst into tears of happiness and
sadness, let us first lend our ears and listen to our beloved Head Teacher III, Dr. Ligea L. Arambulo, for an Opening
Remarks.
4. PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES FOR COMPLETION/ACCEPTANCE, CONFIRMATION & MESSAGE
_____And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our midst. To do the honor of presenting this
year’s candidates for graduation, may we have on the stage the school head of exemplary performance, none other than
Dr. Sharon B. Bonifacio to be followed right away by the acceptance and confirmation of the graduates and message by
our Schools Division Superintendent who will be represented by no less than our Public Schools District Supervisor, Dr.
Helen C. Brian.
Thank you Ma’am for your awe-amazing message yet absolutely challenging. Rest assured that the graduates
will take to heart everything you shared.
5. Distribution of Certificates to the Graduates
____ A Certificate of Graduation is the tangible evidence of being a graduate in a certain level of education. This is now
the fruit of each student’s endeavor. So, to do the honor of the distribution of certificates to the graduates, may we call
on once again our Public Schools District Supervisor, Dr. Helen C. Brian, our principal, Dr. Sharon B. Bonifacio, together
with our Head Teachers III, Dr. Ligea L. Arambulo and Mrs. Ehlen B. Mendoza and their class advisers.

6. MESSAGE of the SECRETARY
____ At this juncture, let us welcome our Schools Division Superintendent, Dr Maria Celia Junio-Fernandez, for the
message of the Secretary. A warm round of applause.
7. INTRODUCTION OF THE GUEST OF HONOR AND SPEAKER
_____Today’s affair is being graced by a special woman who will in a minute deliver her words of wisdom to our
graduates and to their parents as well. To get to know more of her, may we call on the stage Mrs. Jennifer Q.
Manlongat, JHTeacher III , a principal test passer to do the honor in introducing our 2019 Graduation Ceremony Guest
of Honor and Speaker.

_____May we have on the stage once more our PSDS Dr. Helen C. Brian, our beloved principal, Dr. Sharon B. Bonifacio
and the class advisers of this graduating students for the awarding of the plaque of appreciation to our guest of honor
and speaker.
10. AWARDING OF MEDALS, CERTIFICATES & RIBBONS BY THE ADVISERS
_____The highest reward for a man’s toil is not what he gets from it but what he becomes by it. So at this juncture let us
now have the awarding of the medals, certificates and ribbons to Outstanding and deserving students with their
parents.
11. Words of Gratitude
_____To express the gratitude of batch 2019, may I call on the academic excellence awardee himself, no other than
Benjie G. Austria, with high honors.
12. Pledge of Loyalty
_____Let us now witness our graduates batch 2019 in their pledge of loyalty and they are to be led by
Jeremie R. Smith, With High Honors

_____Part of this affair is the graduation song. It is considered as the theme song of our graduates’ school life. So, let us
now come to the most memorable, heart -warming, spellbinding segment of this affair, the singing of the graduation
song to be rendered by our dear graduates. Ladies and gentlemen, let us give them a resounding applause.

MESSAGE OF THANKS & RECESSIONAL
A. Thank you very much ma’am.
Ladies and gentlemen that ends our program that we have today. In behalf of our Principal, faculty and Staff in
Bayaoas Integrated School, we would like to thank you all for coming and became part of this Graduation
Ceremony.
B. We also express our bountiful thanks to the parents whom we gratefully owe everything and whose sacrifices
are beyond compared. And of course, we give special thanks to God, our Almighty Father, for all the blessings
he has showered us and that through his care and guidance, impossible things became possible.
A. To all of you, who are with us today, thank you for sharing precious time in making this occasion a memorable
one. Again Congratulations. After all, commencement is not the end. It is the beginning of another exciting
exploration of endless possibilities.
