RE: CONFIRMATION OF ADMITTANCE TO THE ROYAL BAFOKENG
RESOURCES (PTY) LTD POTENTIAL TENDERER’S DATABASE
This letter serves to confirm that REBA AND FENTSE TRADING AND
PROJECTS (PTY) LTD has been added to the ROYAL BAFOKENG
RESOURCES (PTY) LTD Potential Supplier Database.
This letter is valid for one year from date of issue.
Please note that when a need arises from ROYAL BAFOKENG RESOURCES
(PTY) LTD to make use of your company a Motivation Document will be
completed by the relevant personnel and forwarded to Innoven
Consulting for vendor creation purposes.
The Motivation Document is an Internal Form that is completed by the
End User and approved by the Procurement Department Head.
Once Innoven Consulting receives the Motivation from ROYAL BAFOKENG
RESOURCES (PTY) LTD a further request for documentation will be sent
before the vendor number is awarded.
ROYAL BAFOKENG RESOURCES (PTY) LTD reserves the right to allocate or
refuse inclusion in the ROYAL BAFOKENG RESOURCES (PTY) LTD Vendor
Database at their own discretion without any obligation to notify the
supplier.
Being a potential tenderer means that your company is visible to the
mine should they wish to engage you but it remains your responsibility
to engage the mines and market your company.
