Reba and Fense Trading and Projects was founded by Ofentse Gouwe with the goal of restoring fait
h in the plumbing industry of South Africa once again.
With years experience running a highly successful plumbing company in Rustenburg,
he felt the time was right to take on a bigger challenge,attempting to make a greater impact ,
and really live out his passion for the plumbing industry. His
goal is to be known as the unquestioned leader in customer service, within the plumbin indusstry of
South Africa.

Reba and Fentse trading and Projects sees Black Economic Empowerment as the imperative process of

Empowerment Act, the Codes of Good Practice on Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment for
guidance and in order to measure progress with the defined empowerment objectives. We have put in
place processes to ensure that year on year our empowerment initiatives per broad based category are
pre-determined, pre-planned and that we achieve the goals we have set. We also will ensure that year
on year the empowerment initiatives we have implemented can be measured and documented. Our
goal is to ensure that year on year there is an upward movement on the empowerment of. Our BEE
