2. All Other Applicable Taxes Are Extra At The Time Of Dispatch.
3. Inspection, If Necessary, The Goods Will Be Offered For Inspection At Our Works On
TheClient’s Cost.
4. Validity – For 30 Days.
5. In Case Of Any Dispute/s All The Claims Are Subjects To Kota Jurisdiction Only.
6. Delivery Period 60 Working Days From The Date Of Advance Receipt Under
Normal Conditions
7. Transport & Insurance Charges Are As On Actual To Buyer’s Account.
8. Mechpro Will Retain Ownership And Title To The Delivered Goods And Equipment
Until Mechpro Have Received Payment Of All Amounts Owed By The Buyer Under The
Contract.
9. Design Changes Are Our Right To Change Without Any Information.
10. Any Change In Specification From The Client Will Be Charged Extra.
11. Once Order Is Placed Cannot Be Cancelled At Any Stage And Advance/Token Amount

14. If Equipment’s Are Delivered To Client And Commissioning Is Delayed, Client Will Have To
StoreThe Equipment In Proper Security And Proper Storage Conditions.
15. Liquidated Damages Are Not Accepted
Warranty Terms:
Manufacturing Defects For Non-Movable Parts Would Be Covered Under Warranty For 1 Year
FromThe Billing Date. For All Bought Out Items, The Original Manufacturer’s Warranty Terms
And Conditions Would Be Applicable. No Warranty For Movable Parts, Electrical Parts As They
Are Subjected To Wear And Tear Due To Usage And Operator’s Handling. We Will Not Be
Responsible For Any Accident Or Damage Caused By Improper Handling, Misuse Or NonMaintenance Of The Machine Or Accessories. During Warranty Period; If We Replace Any Faulty
Component By New Component; Faulty Component Becomes Our Property So Customer Has To
Give The Same To Us. To & Fro Travelling Expenses, Lodging & Boarding Expenses /
Allowances Will Be Charged For Commissioning Of Machine As Well As Subsequent Each
