Daily Language Activity: Words for the Day (Drill) Post the words on the wall. Let the pupils paste the pictures that match with the words. Let’s read and learn! Who among you have toys? What is your favorite toy? What do you do to your toys after playing? Do you put it in a box? In your toy box? Why? Show the class a box of toys. Call one pupil at a time to take one and describe it. Have pupils describe it using guide questions. The teacher will model first. Sentences will be written on the board. What words are used to describe the ball? The dog? Goku? The police car? Underline these words. Say: These words are called adjectives. Group the class into three according to their level of development and learning. Give each group task to accomplish.
