In this task you will answer questions about a case study and the organisation’s style guide. After
that you will plan and write a business letter to a potential client.
Case Study
You are a new salesperson for a web design company called 'Flashweb'. Your job is to get new
clients. You have noticed that a local real-estate business has an extremely basic and poorly
designed website. Write a draft business letter asking the real-estate business if they want help
to redesign their website. Tell them about your company and what Flashweb can do for them.
Explain how important a website is for a business. Your audience will be the owner of the
business. Once you have drafted the email you must obtain approval from the sales manager
before sending the email. You must follow the Flashweb style sheet for all written
communication.

Font and spacing
Use size 12 Calibri font for text body and single line spacing

Standard format for letters and emails
Font colour and background/paper colour
Black for all text except the confidentiality statement or disclaimer. This should be blue

Bolded text may be used for key words and headings. Heading must be centred
