Graduate School Students’ Satisfaction on Service Quality of E-Learning Experience in La Consolacion University of the Philippines Concept Paper As a result of information and communication technology (ICT), and particularly the Internet, there has been a significant and irreversible transformation in higher education and the learning process in general. e-learning (Doherty, 2006; Levy, 2007) has resulted in a shift in student demographics, which has become more diverse, older, and business-savvy as a result of technology-driven distance education (Doherty, 2006; Levy, 2007). (Lykourentzou, Giannoukos, Nikolopoulos,Mpardis, & Loumos, 2009). Traditional learning institutions, as well as solely online programs, now offer a variety of online degree programs at all levels, thanks to the growing popularity of e-learning. A pre-tested survey instrument (SERVQUAL) will be used to administer Graduate School students in various programs. A total of 100 respondents, all of whom had been enrolled in an e-learning class within the previous 1 term will answer the survey.
