Taking Stress For RRB Group D Exam?
The Railway Recruitment Board is going to conduct the exam for the Group D level posts
from 17th August 2022. Many candidates are working so hard to gain a better score so you
can clearly see the competition. If you want to be in the game, you should know that practice

months. So. if you compare yourself with others then it will demotivate you and distract you.
What you have to do is focus on your own study plan and try to improve your scores in each
test.
3. Take care of your health:- You should focus on your health by doing Yoga and
Meditaion As doing this will help you in diminishing your exam stress and fear. You should
take a proper sleep of 6 to 7 hours with a healthy diet. This will help you to be calm and be
focused.
4. Revision:- Don’t pick anything new, just revise those topics which you have already
studied. Go through with your own notes. Don’t take a risk of picking any new book at this
moment as cramming will not be fruitful to you. Just revise as much as you can and
introspect yourself that how much you have remember your previously covered topics.
