The research process itself (did you struggle to find sources? did you find too many
sources?)
Finding the sources about the selected author James Baldwin wasn’t a walk in the park. I struggled
a lot since his sources are not many in the google website.
The work of annotating (did you struggle to represent the sources you found? did you find it
helpful to annotate the sources?)
I didn't struggle to represent the sources I found since I'm well conversant in writing an
annotated bibliography. I found it helpful to annotate the sources since I had researched enough
on the author James Baldwin.
The evolution of your critical evaluation of your author/artist (did you learn something from
this research that has altered your thinking in important ways? did you learn something that
led to greater insight into the body of work?)
I learned a lot from Baldwin: the giant of American letters and a great essayist. Through his
work, I got to gain more skills on how to structure American letters and how to put down great
essays. Other elements learned from James Baldwin include the structure an essay or letter to
have a consistent flow of the content.
