Instruction:
This report is a documentation of the process involved in preparing for the case studies’ report and
presentation. The templates used are meant to be used as guidelines in assessing the managerial skills
of the students in completing their work. They may expand the existing templates as they deem
necessary. These templates must be submitted at least 2 weeks before starting their presentation.

Note: Students must first identify all the tasks and its subtasks and put them in sequence. Secondly, identify the
task duration (start date – end date).The template above uses weekly duration to monitor progress (e.g. week 1,
week 2, week 3). This will reflect the time management & self-reliance (by monitoring the progress).
Students may use other duration measure to monitor progress (e.g. daily – MTWTF, or by certain date- 23-27
April 2020, etc) as long as they are practical and reflect the activities suitably.
