A. All prices listed for rental payment contracts for 1 (one), 2 (two), and 3 (three) years, including free promo
prices for 2 (dual, 5 (five) and 8 (eight) months, the fees are paid in full at advance.
B. Specifically for a 3 (three) year rental contract, rental payments can be made by:
First year payment: 50%, second year payment: 30%, third year payment: 20% The next payment schedule will
follow the next year's payment which will be informed.
C. The rental price includes fees:
Washing service: maximum 21 kg/month (only laundry that does not require special handling)
Electricity: maximum 180 kwh/month (room 1 (one) person) and 310 kwh/month (room 2 (dual person)**
**The room electricity quota for 2 (two people is 180 kwh/month if it is only filled with 1 (one) person.
D. Excess quota for washing and electricity services becomes the burden of residents.
E. Fees already paid are NON-REFUNDABLE. *
