I.OPLAN BALIK SKWELA, 2021
OBJECTIVES:
To prepare the school personnel, parents, and stakeholders
in Puerto Bello Elementary School on the opening of classes.
To re-orient parents and stakeholders on the preparation of
the First Day of Classes and the new normal in education.
II. LOCATION AND DATE:
Puerto Bello elementary School, on Aug. 31, 2021
III.SUMMARY:
In the midst of COVID-19 Pandemic, DepEd will never be swayed. Education must continue in whatever means, with or without
physically going to school because DepEd should be the last one to
surrender.
The activity started at 8:00 am. Preliminaries were conducted through Audio-Visual Presentation. Mrs. Evelyn S. Matugas
gave the opening remarks and recognized the participants of the
convergence. Mrs. Matugas is gratefully thanked those who
have shared their time in attending the convergence as she gave the
objectives and purpose of conducting such activity.
Mrs. Lene Bating , the school ICT coordinator gave us updates on the School Statistics and Enrolment. She stressed that there may be a
sudden change in the enrolment, there was only a small difference between the enrolment of the previous school year to that of the present. Mrs.
Lily Linggas shared his report on the status of Printed Learning Materials in the school.
She made clear that materials for the 1st week of classes
are ready for distribution.
Teachers were formed into groups for weekly assignment. Each group of teachers was in charge for the enrolment, facilitate stakeholders who
volunteer to render basic labor and service for the school.
Thermometer, sanitizer, soap ,alcohol, mask, vitamins, first aid kit is being distributed to the teachers for the preparations for the opening of
classes. The teachers shared their Statement of Support to
the School Year 2020-2021.
The closing message was delivered by the school head Mrs. Evelyn S. Matugas.
The convergence ended at 12:00 noon.
IV.ACTUAL RESULT
The school personnel, parents, and stakeholders are ready
for the opening of classes.
The parents and stakeholders were re-oriented on the
preparation of the First Day of Classes
V.PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED:

VI.LESSON LEARNED:
The delivery of Statement of Support coming from the
Education Partners made us feel that we are not alone in
this time of pandemic. We work as one
to face the challenges this school year 2021-2022.
VII.SUSTAINABILTY:
This school year Oplan Balik Skewla Implementation of Puerto Bello Elementary School manifest that cooperation and volunteerism among stakeholders
still exist despite of pandemic. Thus, school good partnership and relationship with stakeholders make learning continues.
