The RESEARCH, EVALUATION AND MONITORING COORDINATOR coordinates and assists monitoring and evaluation of data collection activities, including logistics of form and distribution as well as orientation and training of data collectors. 2. The SAFETY OFFICER is responsible for monitoring activities in the school and ensuring that nobody is violating safety regulations on protocols. The essential aim of the job is to ensure that the school is in compliance and adheres to the standards set by the IATF on CoViD-19 policies. 3. The DRRM COORDINATOR identifies, assesses and manages the hazards, vulnerabilities and risk that may occur in the school. He/She also identifies and implements cost-effective risk reduction measures and strategies by designating information and raise public awareness about those hazards, vulnerabilities and risks. He/She also shall inform and coordinate with the Local DRRMC counterparts, if any damages incurred by the school during emergency/calamities. 4. The SBM-WINS COORDINATOR develops strategies and action plans including setting up reacted policies on proper hygiene and sanitation by taking charge the overall execution of the WinsS Program of the school. 5. The TEACHER AND EMPLOYEE ASSOCIATION PRESIDENT ensures that welfare of the school personnel especially if anyone is infected with CoViD-19. 6. The CONTACT TRACER COORDINATOR identifies school personnel who were exposed to patients diagnosed with CoViD-19. He/She calls school personnel who contacted, establishes which individuals those personnel had contact with and initiates isolation protocols to limit the spread of the virus for further transmission. He/She also coordinates and informs the LOCAL HEALTH CENTER. 7. The INFORMATION DISSEMINATION COORDINATOR represents the school in communicating with external and internal stakeholders regarding the CoViD-19 status of the school. 8. The PROJECT AND INNOVATION COORDINATOR develops and maintains project, program, documentation and communication timelines, project plans, status reports and accomplishments, relating to CoViD-19 policies of the school. He/She shall collaborate with the group members to establish priorities, execute strategies and implement activities. 9. The SOCIAL AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT COORDINATOR is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and administering the financial records, systems and processes of the school including accounting and all related financial aspects on CoViD-19 programs of the school. 10. The TECHNICAL SUPPORT COORDINATOR monitors and maintains technical aspects or questions relating to information especially in encoding information related to CoViD-19 reports of the school.
