We’re on a search for a Product Manager (from Senior to Lead level) with the following attributes:
Customer Centricity - You are the voice of the customer and their needs, putting them at the center
of everything that you do
Managing and Measuring Work - You’re able to set and deliver against clear objectives, with clear
metrics and process for driving successful outcomes
Dealing with Ambiguity - You are comfortable in dynamic environments with frequent pivots, and
can create clarity from uncertainty with structure and risk mitigation
Problem Solving - You love tackling challenging, complex issues and are able to work crossfunctionally to resolve them
Ownership - You are willing to whatever it takes to drive success for the team, working end-to-end
to ensure customer delight

What you’ll be doing:
Gather data points and translate them into hypotheses, identify significant insights to inform the
product roadmap
Be the voice of your customers and work closely with them to gain an understanding of user
personas, pain points and journeys
You will be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable
and feasible
Collaborate with a like-minded multidisciplinary team to scope, design, test and deliver innovative
solutions
Develop and contribute to hypotheses and risk registries, user stories and roadmaps and
continuously gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools,
and A/B testing
