Double Vision Eye Exercises

By yourself or with a partner, have them hold a pen out in front of you. Keeping your head
straight, move your eyes to focus on the pen and attempt to see the pen as "1".

Hold the pen in different visual field (with a focus on upper and lower R field).

If after 15-20 seconds the object does not become 1, then rest your eyes and try again.

Once you have mastered focusing on static/still objects, attempt to keep object focused as one
while visually tracking (moving the pen in the form of an "X" or an "H").
