Double Vision Eye Exercises By yourself or with a partner, have them hold a pen out in front of you. Keeping your head straight, move your eyes to focus on the pen and attempt to see the pen as "1". Hold the pen in different visual field (with a focus on upper and lower R field). If after 15-20 seconds the object does not become 1, then rest your eyes and try again. Once you have mastered focusing on static/still objects, attempt to keep object focused as one while visually tracking (moving the pen in the form of an "X" or an "H").
