Although aquariums are good entertainments as well as providing an opportunity for human to
connect with marine animals, they are not beneficial for many marine animals. First of all, many
marine mammals live and travel in large groups. However, aquariums can’t provide enough
space for them to interact with others of the same specie. In addition, sea mammals are tend to
have large areas of space in the wild, but the fish tanks limited their space. As a result of
depriving the animals’ freedom, the animals’ physical and mental health are deteriorated.
