I wake up feeling rested / 2 I don’t feel rested when waking up because most of the time I don’t get enough rest. Eating Habits I eat 3 servings of fruits and vegetables each day / 2 I do not know how many servings of vegetables and fruit I get but I know I eat a lot of fruits per day. I eat 6-8 servings of whole grain products (bread, rice, corn, etc.) each day / 2 I am currently trying to cut down on bread and rice although I still eat a limited amount everyday. Stress Management I feel stressed when I am in school / 2 I do not feel that stressed in school unless we are tasked to do something difficult. I feel stressed when I am not in school / 2 I do not feel stressed when I’m not in school unless I know I’m missing out on a very important discussion. When I feel stressed, my appetite is affected / 2 I don’t rely on stress-eating neither lose appetite when I’m stressed but I do feel a somewhat similar feeling although not too much that it can actually affect my appetite. Physical Activity I walk, bike, or take the public transport when going to school / 2 I cannot do any of these since we are in lockdown but I do transport all by walking, biking, and public transport when I go out. I perform at least 40 minutes of aerobic activities (sports or dance) on most days of the week / 1 I can’t do the usual sports I used to play because of the pandemic and I don’t dance. I engage in at least 20 minutes of sustained vigorous activities that result in rapid breathing on most days of the week / 2 I can only do cardio when I have the time I perform muscle-and-bone strengthening (resistance or weight training) activities 2-3 times a week / 2 I do weight at least every Saturday because that’s the only time I can train but I do them 3 times a week when I am not loaded with school activities. I spend no longer than 2 hours per day watching TV, playing passive video games, or playing on the computer / 1 I spend at least 12 hours per day on the computer both because of school and playing video games.
