Widget Filter ▪ Users can filter a widget by selecting members directly on the widget or through the Builder panel. Widget filters apply only to the data displayed in that widget. 3 Linked analysis and input controls Dimension-based filter Users can create a story, page, or widget filter based on a dimension. When creating a measure-based filter, users need to specify one or more dimensions for aggregation context. For example: • You need to show data only for regions with $100 million or more in sales revenue • You can create a measure-based filter on the Sales Revenue measure with Region as aggregation context. © 2021 SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company. All rights reserved. ǀ PUBLIC 5 Linked analysis and input controls Advanced filtering Advanced filtering lets you create story and page filters based on multiple dimensions by defining a set of logical conditions. ▪ The dimensions used in advanced filtering can be filtered using AND or OR conditions. There are two types of bookmarks you can create: ▪ Personal Bookmarks: This type of bookmark is only visible to you. You can share private bookmarks with other users who also have access to the story. ▪ Global Bookmarks: This type of bookmark is visible to anyone who has view rights on the story.
