HOW TO USE THIS DOCUMENT ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE CRITERIA CHECKLIST: Performance Criteria Checklist is an assessment tool used to document presence or absence of knowledge, skills and attitude. This checklist is answerable by yes or no, and can be found after each task, operation and job sheet.
