Payment Policy
A trip slot can be booked and confirmed on deposit payment
of 50% of the total trip cost amount.
The balance 50% of the trip cost is to be paid 10 days prior to
the date of departure.
Trip bookings within 10 days of departure date will be
confirmed only on 100% trip cost payment, provided trip
slots are available.
Booking Payment can be done through two modes:
1. UPI/Online Bank Transfer
2. Razorpay Link (2% Payment Gateway Fees Extra)
Payment Receipt will be generated on both modes and sent to
Trip participants at the time of Booking
Cancellation Policy
If participant cancellation takes place more than 30 days
prior to trip departure : 20% of the total trip cost will be
forfeited
If participant cancellation takes place between 30 days & 7
days prior to trip departure : 40% of the total trip cost will be
forfeited
If participant cancellation takes place less than 7 days prior
to departure : 100% of the trip cost/deposit will be forfeited

Important Information
Travellers with double vaccinated certificates can enter Srinagar
without restrictions. Srinagar airport may demand mandatory testing
depending on prevailing situation at the time of trip.
Ensure you carry your ID card with you at all times on any of our trips.
Before the trip departure, it is important to furnish a signed copy of
Disclaimer and Liability Agreement.
Please note, only local union's cars are allowed in the interiors of
Pahalgam area. Different cars have to be taken in Pahalgam region
Please note, although we will try our very best to stick to the discussed
itinerary and planned schedule, delays or changes to the trip itinerary
may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (changes in weather
conditions etc.). In cases where trips or treks are not completed (final
decision to be taken by trip/trek leaders) due to adverse weather
conditions or situations where advancing may endanger lives of
participants, then no refunds will be provided. Alternative options will
be then worked out if possible.
In the event of complete trip cancellations by EKA due to unavoidable
circumstances and events including Covid-related lockdowns or
destination closures, Eka Travel Vouchers will be provided to all
participants of the trip (equal to the trip cost amount). The vouchers
can be utilized against any of our trips at a later date and will come
with unlimited validity.
Travellers and Participants on a trip or trek conducted by Eka must be
in good health and reasonable physical condition. It is vital that
participants with medical problems make them known to us well
before departure. All medical expenses will be the responsibility of the
participant.
No refunds unfortunately will be made for no show, missed, partially
utilized or unutilized services.
