Purpose
Tujuan dari rencana ini adalah untuk melindungi kesehatan dan keselamatan semua orang di
lokasi dari penyebaran COVID-19. The purpose of this plan is to protect the health and safety
of everyone on site from the spread of COVID-19.
2.0
Scope
Rencana ini akan berlaku untuk semua orang di lokasi termasuk karyawan, kontraktor dan
karyawan mereka, pengunjung, pemasok, dan pelanggan. Penilaian risiko telah diselesaikan
untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya COVID-19 dan menginformasikan tindakan dalam rencana
ini. This plan will apply to everyone on site including employees, contractors and their
employees, visitors, suppliers and customers. A risk assessment has been completed to
identify COVID-19 hazards and inform the actions in this plan.
3.0
Responsibilities
Rencana ini telah dikembangkan oleh Site Manager dan akan diimplementasikan oleh COVID
Controller. Pengendali COVID akan bertanggung jawab untuk deteksi lokasi (misalnya
deteksi suhu), ventilasi dan desinfeksi, distribusi peralatan pelindung diri, komunikasi dan
pelatihan. Pekerja, pengunjung, kontraktor, dan siapa pun di lokasi harus selalu mematuhi
persyaratan rencana ini. Setiap pelanggaran terhadap persyaratan rencana ini harus segera
dilaporkan kepada Pengendali COVID.
This plan has been developed by the Site Manager and will be implemented by the COVID
Controller. The COVID Controller will be responsible for site detection (e.g. temperature
detection), ventilation and disinfection, distribution of personal protective equipment,
communication and training. Workers, visitors, contractors and anyone on site must comply
with the requirements of this plan at all times. Any breaches of the requirements of this plan
must be reported immediately to the COVID Controller.
4.0
Return to work procedures

Pekerja akan terdaftar untuk kembali bekerja pada waktu yang berbeda untuk
menghindari berkumpulnya orang dan untuk membantu mengelola jarak fisik. Jarak
fisik, kadang-kadang dikenal sebagai "jarak sosial", adalah tentang menjaga jarak

saat. Workers will be rostered to return to work at different times to avoid the
congregating of people and to help manage physical distancing. Physical distancing,
sometimes known as “social distancing”, is about keeping a safe distance from others.
Physical distancing means remaining 2 metres away from other people at all times.

Sedapat mungkin pekerja harus melakukan perjalanan ke lokasi sendirian
menggunakan transportasi mereka sendiri. Wherever possible workers must travel to
site alone using their own transport.

Pekerja, kontraktor dan pengunjung akan diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner status
kesehatan (Lampiran 1.) sebelum mereka mulai bekerja pada setiap shift. Perusahaan
dapat, atas pertimbangannya sendiri, melakukan tes suhu tubuh dan menolak akses ke
situs kepada siapa pun yang mereka curigai rentan atau menunjukkan gejala seperti
flu. “Rentan” termasuk mereka yang berusia di atas 70 tahun, orang dengan kondisi
medis, orang yang menjalani perawatan kanker & kondisi darah, wanita hamil, orang
tanpa akses mudah ke perawatan kesehatan, penghuni fasilitas perawatan lanjut usia.
Workers, contractors and visitors will be required to complete the health status
questionnaire (Appendix 1.) prior to them starting work on each shift. The company
may at their discretion conduct body temperature tests and deny access to site to
anyone who they suspect to be vulnerable or present flu like symptoms. “Vulnerable”
includes those over 70, people with medical conditions, people undergoing treatment
for cancer & blood conditions, pregnant woman, people without easy access to
healthcare, residents of age care facilities.


to site will be restricted to those necessary for the level of
business required.

Pekerja yang dapat bekerja dari jarak jauh harus melakukannya. Workers that can
work remotely should do so.

Semua pekerja dan kontraktor akan dilantik kembali ke lokasi sebelum mulai bekerja
termasuk pelatihan dalam rencana ini. All workers and contractors will be re-inducted
to site prior to starting work including training in this plan.

Managing physical interaction

Hindari berkumpulnya pekerja di kantor dan ruang makan. Istirahat harus dilakukan
sendiri atau jika melibatkan lebih dari satu pekerja, pastikan pemisahan fisik. Avoid
congregation of workers in offices and lunchrooms. Breaks should be held alone or if
involving more than one worker, ensure physical separation.

Semua pekerjaan akan direncanakan untuk meminimalkan kontak antar pekerja. All
work will be planned to minimise contact between workers.

Pertemuan Toolbox akan dibatasi pada “bila perlu” dan akan diadakan di area yang
berventilasi baik, dengan pemisahan fisik dari semua yang hadir. Toolbox meetings
will be limited to “when necessary” and will be held in a well-ventilated area, with
physical separation of all those present.

Pertemuan di lokasi tidak akan dilakukan secara tatap muka. Rapat akan menggunakan
konferensi video atau telepon. Site meetings will not be held face-to-face. Meetings
will utilise video conferencing or telephone.

Akan ada situasi di mana tidak mungkin atau aman bagi pekerja untuk menjauhkan
diri satu sama lain sejauh 2 meter. Dalam kasus seperti itu, masker wajah dan APD
yang sesuai harus dipakai There will be situations where it is not possible or safe for
workers to distance themselves from each other by 2 metres. In such cases, face masks
and appropriate PPE must be worn.

Pengunjung dan pelanggan tidak diperbolehkan berada di kantor atau jembatan

and customers will not be allowed in offices or the weighbridge. Delivered items will
be left outside for workers to collect. Sales dockets will be emailed to customers or
passed through the window to truck drivers if required. Physical contact is to be
avoided at all times.

Operation of plant and mobile equipment

Pekerja harus menghindari kontak dengan pekerja lain, kontraktor, pelanggan, dll.
Selalu lakukan pemisahan fisik (minimal 2 meter). Workers should avoid contact with
other workers, contractors, customers etc. Always practice physical separation (at least
2 metres).

Operator peralatan bergerak harus mendisinfeksi kabin mereka pada awal shift dan
pada akhir shift atau saat keluar dari mesin untuk istirahat. Operators of mobile
equipment must disinfect their cabin at the start of the shift and at the end of the shift
or when exiting the machine for a break.

Jika memungkinkan, prinsip "satu orang, satu mesin" harus diterapkan. Where
possible the principle of "one person, one machine" should be adopted.

Untuk peralatan yang dioperasikan oleh banyak pekerja, permukaan atau komponen
dengan frekuensi kontak tinggi, seperti kancing dan pegangan, harus didesinfeksi
secara teratur. Jika memungkinkan, sarung tangan harus dipakai oleh operator
peralatan bergerak. For equipment operated by multiple workers, surfaces or
components with high contact frequency, such as buttons and handles, should be
disinfected regularly. Where possible, gloves should be worn by operators of mobile
equipment.

Pekerja harus menghindari berbagi alat. Jika diperlukan, alat harus dibersihkan secara
menyeluruh antara shift dan sebelum digunakan. Workers are to avoid sharing tools. If
required, tools are to be cleaned thoroughly between shifts and before being used.
7.0
Workplace ventilation, cleaning and disinfection

Menjaga lingkungan kerja tetap bersih dan rapi, dan didesinfeksi secara teratur. Keep
the working environment clean and tidy, and disinfected regularly.

Bangunan harus dijaga agar berventilasi baik dengan udara segar jika memungkinkan.
Buildings need to be kept well ventilated with fresh air where possible.

Unit AC akan dibersihkan secara berkala, dan filter udara balik AC diperiksa dan
diganti secara berkala. Air conditioning units will be regularly cleaned, and the air
conditioning return air filter checked and replaced regularly

Personal health and hygiene

Semua pekerja harus mengikuti Pedoman Kesehatan Pribadi (Lampiran 2.)All workers
must follow the Personal Health Guidelines (Appendix 2.)

Setiap pekerja harus membersihkan tangan mereka dengan air sabun panas atau
pembersih tangan sebelum masuk ke lokasi. Each worker must sanitise their hands
with hot soapy water or hand sanitiser before entry onto site.

Setiap barang pribadi yang dibawa ke lokasi oleh pekerja harus dipisahkan (dipisahkan
dari barang pekerja lainnya). Any personal items brought to site by workers must be
segregated (kept separate from other workers items).

Setiap APD khusus pekerjaan, selain pakaian dasar harus disimpan di lokasi dan
dikenakan di lokasi – APD individu untuk pekerja harus dipisahkan dari APD pekerja
lain. Any work-specific PPE, other than base clothing should be kept at site and
donned on site – individual PPE for workers must be kept separate from other workers
PPE.

Dilarang berbagi piring, wadah minum, atau peralatan makan. No sharing of dishes,
drinking vessels or cutlery.

Semua peralatan makan dan minum perlu dibersihkan oleh pengguna. All eating and
drinking utensils need to be cleaned by the user.
9.0
Training

Semua pekerja akan dilatih dalam Rencana Manajemen COVID ini. All workers will
be trained in this COVID Management Plan.

Induksi lokasi akan mencakup Rencana Pengelolaan ini. Site inductions will include
this Management Plan.
10.0

Review and inspections
Inspeksi tempat kerja secara teratur akan dilakukan untuk memastikan rencana ini
diikuti dan efektif. Regular workplace inspections will be conducted to ensure this
plan is being followed and is effective.

Rencana ini akan ditinjau setiap minggu sesuai dengan saran Otoritas Kesehatan
tentang penyebaran COVID-19. This plan will be reviewed weekly in line with Health
Authorities advice on the spread of COVID-19.
