ACTIVITIES FOR SESSION 21-22
1. Induction Drive:
ICE began its annual session with a 3 day Induction Drive. More than 200 students from all the
departments took part in the induction drive and became members of ICE UETP Student
Chapter.
2. ICE Breaking Ceremony:
Team ICE arranged an “ICE Breaking” Welcome Session for its newly inducted members. The
members were welcomed in the Student Chapter of ICE. An informative discussion session
regarding ICE was held with the members.
3. Webinar with ICE UET Lahore,UET Taxila,COMSATS Wah:
ICE UET Peshawar Student Chapter believes in collaborating with other Universities and
providing students of all institutes with platforms for cooperation and collective efforts. For this
purpose, ICE UETP Chapter held an online webinar on “Role of Ai in Civil Engineering”, with
ICE UET Lahore Chapter, ICE UET Taxila Chapter and ICE Comsats Wah Chapter. On this
occasion, more than 600 students from all 4 institutes participated who were all awarded with
certificates.
4. AutoCad Competition:
In order to enhance student’s skills and capabilities, Team ICE organized “Autodesk AutoCad
Competition 2022”. The competition ended on a high note, where the winner was awarded with
cash prize and all the participants were given Certificates.
5. Seminar on Scholarship Opportunities:
ICE organized a seminar by the topic “Scholarship Opportunities”. The purpose of the seminar
was to aid students in finding scholarships for their higher studies.
6. Civil Grand Night 2022:
Keeping the tradition alive, ICE UET Peshawar chapter organized a Mega Night for the Civil
Engineering Department students by the name “Civil Grand Night 2022”. It was a farewell event
for the students of final year and a welcome event for the new students. On this event, students
staged many performances and games and a concert was also held. The event was full of
festivities and fireworks and an opportunity for the students to socialize and freshen up.
